Fees reflect the complexity of your group structure, the number of committee sittings in scope, and how complete your existing schedules are. All figures are in Hong Kong dollars and exclude disbursements such as courier or certified translation.

How we bill

A written engagement letter sets the fixed fee or day-rate cap. A deposit of 30% is due on acceptance; the balance is invoiced on pack delivery or monthly for longer coordination work. We do not offer software subscriptions or automatic renewals.
